TIME LIMITS FOR PREPARING THE FIGURES TO ORDER

Pewter figures packed as sets ready to be glued and painted by purchasers constitute my main product.
It is also possible to order ready-made, i.e. glued and painted, figures.
The figures are artistically painted using acrylic and gouache paints, and covered with a hard protective finish of varnish. Single figures can be placed on simple stands of wood, or be arranged on decorative stands imitating terrain to form genre scenes desired (according to the individually negotiated prices).
Additionally, customers wishing to produce their own moulds can order mould models of plastic masses based on their designs. It is also possible to order ready-made metallic casts of figures based on their own designs (in this case, the minimum quantity is normally 30 figures).
Usually, the non-painted and packed for dispatch figures are ready for dispatch within two weeks.
Painted figures orders have to be individually discussed. Painting requires more time, thus, 8 painted items (figures) can be usually prepared for dispatch within four weeks.
Purchase & delivery for long-term and wholesale orders necessitates all conditions to be individually negotiated; of course, customer satisfaction is the priority!
In the case of highly fragile painted figures, the method of dispatching them must also be individually discussed with the customer. Those figures must be handled with extreme care since even the best packing does not provide sufficient safety for them. Thus, they should be sent through specialized shipping agencies; this shipping form is much more expensive.
The figures are dispatched by the Polish Post Office 'Poczta Polska'. It is possible to order a different method of shipment. The figures can be sent as letters (their weight plus packing material should not exceed 2 kg) or as parcels (if they weigh more than 2 kg). Both letters and parcels are sent priority and registered.
I will always agree all terms of shipment with You before dispatching the figurines.
